Located in the heart of Downtown Stuart, Oak and Ember Steakhouse brings the tradition of a great American steakhouse to Florida’s Treasure Coast, pairing exceptional ingredients with live fire, thoughtful preparation, and genuine hospitality.

At the heart of the menu are carefully selected, aged cuts of beef, grilled over fire to create the rich flavor and signature sear that define the Oak and Ember experience. Alongside the steaks, guests will find fresh seafood, elevated sides, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine selection.

Inspired by the legendary steakhouses of Chicago and New York but made for Stuart, Oak and Ember is designed for memorable evenings — from date nights and celebrations to business dinners and nights out with friends.
